Skills and career development
Your competence development takes place primarily in the interaction supervisor-doctoral student, at the department, within the research group, in graduate schools within / outside LU, and within CEE's course program at faculty level.
Your individual study plan (ISP) includes career counseling for possible follow-up and discussion during the education.
Through LTH
Center for Engineering Education (CEE)
CEE runs LTH-joint pedagogical activities in four areas:
- Higher education pedagogical development work, competence development, merit and management support (The breakthrough)
- Support and courses for doctoral students and research supervisors as well as teachers and researchers in the early stages of their careers
- Supplementary teaching (SI) for LTH students
- Eligible education within Technical base year

Division för Higher Education Development (AHU)
Also within AHU (Department of Higher Education Development), offers higher education pedagogical education aimed at those who teach students at undergraduate and advanced level as well as postgraduate level, there are courses that are well suited for doctoral students.
